Like fine art screen prints, each piece is unique. Individual numbering is applied by hand. Production is strictly limited to 100 units, depending on the series : the series ends permanently after the 100th jacket, guaranteeing its rarity.
2. THE STORY OF OUR JACKETS +
Beige/green jacket, green knit trim, felt lining: this winter jacket is a reproduction of the famous "tanker jacket" worn by US Army soldiers and popularized by members of armored units. During World War II, these so-called "tanker jackets" became an essential piece of equipment for tank crews. Designed for the extreme conditions inside armored vehicles—cold, damp, confined spaces—they feature short cuts, great freedom of movement, and robust materials. Among Americans, the famous United States Army Tanker Jacket is distinguished by its warm lining and practical zipper closure. Both a tool of combat and a symbol of belonging, these jackets embody the rise of mechanized warfare and have left a lasting mark on the history of military clothing… to the point of becoming today's icons of workwear and heritage style. This version is the second type, recognizable by the pockets on the front of the jacket. Knit trim at the cuffs and waist, two pockets, jacket closure with zip.
