Our prints are made in FRANCE by a small art screen printing workshop (between Nantes and Angers).
All pieces are individually hand-printed. Each print is unique and different, depending on the artist's intention and the reaction of the inks.

What size should I buy? Help finding the right size
We recommend you visit our "Sizes and Measurements" page. It contains information on the measurements of the different parts of the item.

How do I place an order?
Browse our products and add items to your cart. You can then proceed to checkout where you can either pay as a guest or create an account for future orders.
What happens once I've placed my order?
Once your order is complete and we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation email informing you that your order is being processed. Goods will generally be shipped within 15 business days of order confirmation. As mentioned, we make the garments to order; we do not keep stock. These are handcrafted and artistic products.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us immediately by email. If the item has not been shipped, we will do our best to help you.
Do I have to pay customs/import fees?
No fees are payable on orders delivered within the EU. For orders sent to the 27 EU countries, we have already paid the import tax and you do not need to pay it again.
Orders sent to other countries may be taxed at standard rates.

Can I track my order online?
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive an email with your tracking number, and you can track it at www.17track.net
Where will my order be shipped from?
All orders are shipped from our workshop in France.
When will I receive my package?
Regarding the United States: the delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 business weeks;
Regarding the United Kingdom: the delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks;
Regarding Europe and other countries: delivery time varies depending on the country and the efficiency and speed of your postal service, delivery takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
What happens if I cannot select my country or region when finalizing my order?
If you cannot select your country or region during checkout, it means that standard delivery is not available in that country or region. Delivery options for these countries or regions are therefore usually disabled. However, we can still use FedEx to complete the shipment, which will incur additional shipping charges. Please contact our customer service for more details, and they will assist you in completing your order.
My order still shows as "In transit" for several days.
Orders will remain in "In Transit" status until they reach the next shipping location. Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, packages may not update for several days. If your package has remained "In Transit" for more than 10 days since the last tracking update, please contact us so we can investigate your package further.
International order blocked, held or verification required.
When you place an international order, the destination country may require you to verify the order and recipient information. This is the most common reason why your order might not be delivered or might be held up in customs. The customer may be required to provide the sender and/or the destination country with an invoice/proof of purchase and/or identity verification. The REDSTONE order confirmation email should serve as an invoice/proof of purchase. Shipping policies in each country are subject to change, and REDSTONE may not be able to provide specific information about your country's policies or processes. If we notice that a package is not moving, REDSTONE may proactively attempt to resolve these issues.
Why was my order split into two or more packages?
We will make a partial shipment of your order under the following conditions:
• The items are in different warehouses.
• Items on clearance or sale require additional preparation time.
• Customs or mail weight limit.
You will receive an email notification when each package is shipped.
My tracking information indicates that my package has been delivered, but I have not received it.
Before proceeding, please check your mailbox and ask your neighbors if they received your package in error. For further details, you can contact the delivery company or click the "Contact Us" button below.
My tracking information indicates that a delivery attempt for my package failed. What should I do now?
This is usually due to an incomplete/incorrect delivery address or the shipping company not having access to the delivery location. Please contact the shipping company to arrange a new delivery of your package.
Why was my package returned to the sender?
This is usually due to an incomplete/incorrect delivery address or the shipping company not having access to the delivery location. If your shipping tracking information indicates "Returned to Sender," please click the "Contact Us" button below for reshipment or a refund of your order.
Note: Please provide your correct delivery address when contacting us for reshipment.
Can I return an item?
You can return unwanted items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Then, email our customer service department.
When will I receive my refund?
We will process your return the same day we receive your items. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email (please check your spam folder!). Your refund will be issued via the payment method you used for your order. Your bank will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days, so please be patient.
What should I do if I receive my order, but the product is damaged?
If you receive a defective item, don't worry. Please contact us immediately. We will arrange for an exchange right away.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect item, don't worry. Please contact us and include your order number and email address. We'll take care of it for you.
I'm missing one piece of information. What should I do?
If an item is missing from your order, it's likely because your order was shipped in separate packages. If this is the case, please check your emails, as we will have notified you of your order status by email. (Don't forget to check your spam folder in case it ended up there!). If you still haven't received your complete order, please contact us.
Did you return multiple orders in a single package?
Please do not combine returns like this in the future, as this can cause significant delays and incorrect credit. If you are missing an item, please contact us and include the order number and the missing item(s).
Did you receive less credit than expected?
Upon receipt of your return package, our returns processing team will inspect all garments for stains, holes, defects, and wear. If an item is found to be damaged, a 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Why did I receive a partial refund after placing my order?
One or more of your items may be out of stock since your order was processed.
Can I request more than one discount code after placing my order?
Only one discount code can be applied per order and cannot be changed once the order has been placed. However, you can combine a discount code and a gift card on the same order.
Why is my discount code not being accepted?
Discount codes are only available for a limited time. If the discount code is no longer valid, our system will not allow you to add it to your order. Discount codes may also not apply if the items in your cart do not meet the criteria of the discount code.
My credit card was declined.
If your payment fails or is declined when you try to complete your purchase, you will have the option to enter a new card number or choose another payment method before finalizing your purchase. Unfortunately, REDSTONE does not know the reasons for the payment decline. We suggest you contact your financial institution directly for details regarding your declined payment.
