Beautiful vintage jacket, of rare quality, which reproduces the codes of officers and soldiers of the American Navy (US NAVY) in 1944.

Like fine art screen prints, each piece is unique. Individual numbering is applied by hand. Production is strictly limited to 50 or 100 units, depending on the series : the series ends permanently after the 50th or 100th jacket, guaranteeing its rarity.

2. THE STORY OF OUR JACKETS +

Introduced around 1942-1943, the Deck Zip Jacket was an integral part of the US Navy sailors' equipment. Made of "Jungle Cloth," this dense fabric is windproof and water-repellent, ideal for braving sea spray on the decks of ships. A lighter alternative to the N1 Deck Jacket, it retains the aesthetic and technical hallmarks of military clothing.

Inside, the wool lining provides warmth and comfort while remaining more breathable than that of the N1. With its clean look, zip closure and straight cut, it embodies the utilitarian spirit of the American naval wardrobe, while remaining wearable on a daily basis.
